Aurum International’s advertised search is a managed process which saves you time and effort. Consider the skills needed and the cost in time of the following tasks:
- Writing and then posting a Professional Advert.
- Knowing where to post the advert to secure the optimal quality and volume of response.
- Creating and maintaining a database of all responses and tracking their position in the recruitment process.
- Going though the CV’s submitted and responding to all applications, often numbering in the hundreds.
- Arranging and undertaking enough initial interviews (typically face-to-face, for 90 minutes) to create a shortlist of 3 well matched Applicants.
- Ensuring your process complies to prevailing ethical and legal standards, thereby avoiding damage to company reputation or legal action.
- Your Aurum International Consultant can significantly reduce your necessary involvement and ensure a professionally run process throughout.

What is my contribution to the process?
- Meet with your Consultant to discuss your needs.
- Assess and approve the advertising copy created.
- Assess a final shortlist of Applicants already interviewed by your Consultant.

How long will it take?
The total amount of time is dependent on the choice of advertising media and the availability of the Client to provide job specifications and approve advertising. From the date of advert, Aurum International would expect to supply an interviewed short list within 3 weeks of the advert going live. The time it takes to complete the subsequent interview process is largely dependent on the Client's own procedures (and as such no definitive timeframe can be assigned).
